Licensing & Usage
Plain-language version first; the legal wording follows.
If you bought a photo
You may:
- • Print it, at any size, at any lab, as many times as you like.
- • Post it on your personal social accounts. A credit to Alltech Sports Photography is appreciated, not required.
- • Share the file with family and put it in yearbooks, scrapbooks, and senior boards.
You may not:
- • Sell it, or sell products made from it.
- • Use it to advertise a business, camp, club, or recruiting service.
- • Crop out or edit over the credit when a credit is displayed.
- • Redistribute the file publicly for others to download.
If you are a school or program
Schools I am credentialed with receive an unlimited, royalty-free license to use my images from their games for educational and program purposes: team social media, programs, banners, yearbooks, hall displays, booster materials, and press releases. There is no cost and no expiration.
That license does not extend to third parties. If a sponsor, apparel vendor, or recruiting service wants to use an image, they need their own license — send them to me.
Commercial licensing
Advertising, editorial resale, product packaging, and brand use are all available and priced per use. Tell me the image, the medium, the territory, and the duration and I will quote it. Start here.
Copyright
All photographs on this site are © AllTech LLC. Purchasing a file grants the license described above; it does not transfer copyright. Watermarked previews are not licensed for any use — screenshotting a preview instead of buying the file is copyright infringement, and the watermark exists to make that obvious rather than to be annoying.
Removal requests
If you are a parent or athlete and want an image of your player taken down, email support@alltechllc.org with the gallery and the frame. I remove it, no questions and no argument.
